If you are new to weaving or unfamiliar with some terms, the sites Weave Structures and Plain Weave Variations will help.
I like this article on
Mixing Twills for its practical learning.

Jen's Calendar Challenge - Due Apr 2018 meeting

A lot of members participated in Jen's Calendar Challenge. The photos were stacked face down and the member had to take the top page. This resulted in some surprises of course and some working with colour schemes outside their comfort zone.

The results are amazing and inspiring. The artistry shows more in these photos than what I remembered from when I was photographing them, partly in thanks to cropping and lighting enhancements.  Many participants only said their Show and Tell was the Calendar Challenge so, unfortunately, I have few notes recorded. I will try to get more information.
